I am considered out-of-network with insurance providers, so clients self-pay for my services. I am, however, able to provide an itemized receipt, or “superbill” to you to file with your insurance provider to go toward out-of-network coverage or reimbursement if you’d like. It is your responsibility to initiate this conversation with your insurance provider to see if this is a benefit available to you. Payment is due at the time of service.

If you elect to use HSA or FSA funds for my services, it is your responsibility to verify appropriate coverage with you provider.

Cancellation: Half the session fee will be charged for all cancellations with less than 24 hours notice. No call/no show appointments will be charged the full session fee.
